2009 World Baseball Classic – Round 2

The second round of the 2009 World Baseball Classic took place between March 15 and March 19, 2009 at PETCO Park in San Diego and Dolphin Stadium in Miami. Like the first round, the second round was a double-elimination tournament. The final two teams in each pool played against each other for seeding, and both advanced to the final round.
